Our South Carolina location is at Wachesaw Plantation East, a unique facility in Myrtle Beach amid towering trees. Designed by Clyde Johnston, this championship 18-hole facility has been styled in the time-honored fashion of the great Scottish links courses. Our students enjoy a superb private practice area and chipping and putting green to work on their new skills. Accommodations are in beautifully appointed 1 bedroom villas overlooking the golf course. It is 5 minutes from Murrells Inlet, known as the “Seafood Capital of South Carolina”.

Golf Academy of America is a two year golf career college accredited by ACICS, offering an associate degree in golf course management. The Academy focuses on academic values as well as excellence in golf proficiency. With the knowledge the graduates receive, they will have the education required to manage, or to assist in the management of, all of golf’s multifaceted operations.
